Sanal sunucunun bulunduğu server’ıma bağlandım. The system cannot log you on due to the following error hede hödö hatası aldığım sunucuyu buldum, zaten sunucunun üzerinde memory yetersiz hatası vermekteydi. Sanal üzerinden sunucuya login olurken sorun yaşamadım. Sonrasında restart ettim. Ve an itibariyle sorunsuz kullanmaktayım.

Source: Winlogon
Description:
Logon rejected for Domain\userid. Unable to obtain Terminal Server User Configuration. Error: Not enough resources are available to complete this operation.

Cause:

One common cause of this error are thousands of open connections to the server in a TIME_WAIT state.  Running the netstat -an command on the affected server console you can verify this by counting the number of connections in the TIME_WAIT state.  The error usually occurs when 1000+ or more connections are the TIME_WAIT state.  By default ports in the TIME_WAIT state are held for 4 minutes, because of this servers under heavy load may run out of available ports for new connections.

Solution:

Use the following article to increase the number of TCP/IP connections your server can support.

How to maximize TCP/IP connections in Windows 2003

If your server has limited memory (less than 4GB), you may want to test smaller values and incrementally increase those values until the error no longer happens.

More Information:

The resources that the error messages are referring to are the available TCPIP Ports and/or available memory to support the TCPIP connections that are remaining open for prolonged periods of time

In general these recommendations assume Windows 2003 Server, but the knowledge can be applied to Windows 2008 servers as well.  However, proper research into the specifics of Windows 2008 TCPIP registry setting may be needed.

This error is commonly seen on DC’s that also have the DNS security update of MS8-037 or MS9-008 installed.
